NATIONAL:
Scholarships Available for courses leading to MAI or SRA designations.
The Appraisal Institute Education Trust offers scholarships for Candidates for Designation for the following courses. There is a general scholarship category and Minorities and Women category. The application dates are January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 and take 6 weeks to process, so you must apply at least 6 weeks before the class date.
The general scholarship was developed to cover all post-certification education needed to complete the Candidate for Designation Program and includes the following classes:

Advanced Income Capitalization
Advanced Market Analysis & Highest and Best Use
Advanced Residential Applications and Case Studies/ Part I
Residential Report Writing and Case Studies
